Liorènne London is a brand operated by Game Trading Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. These terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and govern the relationship between you (the customer) and us. We may update these terms from time to time — the version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- The delivery address you provide is accurate and complete
4. Ordering
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there has been a pricing error.
As our fulfilment is handled via Amazon, your dispatch confirmation may come from Amazon directly.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely and we do not store card details on our systems.
For EU and international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes may be payable on delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
6. Fulfilment by Amazon
Liorènne London products are fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfilment network (Fulfilment by Amazon / FBA). This means:
- Your order will be picked, packed, and dispatched by Amazon from their warehouse
- Delivery timescales, tracking, and logistics are managed by Amazon
- In some cases your package may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging
- Game Trading Group Ltd remains the seller of record. Your contract for the purchase of goods is with Game Trading Group Ltd trading as Liorènne London, not with Amazon.
7. Availability
We take reasonable steps to ensure product listings are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all products are in stock at the time of ordering. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and the Liorènne London brand — is the intellectual property of Game Trading Group Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these terms.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
