Shipping Policy

1. How we ship

All Liorènne London orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) service. This means your order is stored, picked, packed and dispatched by Amazon from one of their fulfilment centres. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information from Amazon once your order has shipped.

2. UK delivery

Standard delivery
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Express delivery
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional charge.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

3. EU delivery

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination country.

EU orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can add time to delivery. We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis — any import duties, VAT, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price.

4. International delivery

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.

International orders are also shipped on a DDU basis. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen delivery method. Any applicable charges will be displayed clearly before you complete your order.

6. Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier’s website. For any tracking issues, please contact us and we will liaise with Amazon on your behalf.

7. Delivery delays

We aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, but delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your address details are accurate before placing your order.

8. Lost or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at:

  • We will work with Amazon to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

9. Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we may issue a refund less the original shipping cost.
