What is Liorènne London?
Liorènne London is a London-based lifestyle and wellness brand offering thoughtfully designed home and Pilates equipment. We believe that the tools you use every day should be as beautiful as they are functional — so whether you're equipping your home or your practice, everything we make is designed with intention.
What makes Liorènne London different?
Most wellness and home brands make you choose between quality and aesthetics. We don't think you should have to. Every product we design is held to the same standard: it has to work beautifully, look beautiful, and last. We're a small, independent brand — which means every product is chosen with care, and every order matters to us.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Whether you're just starting your Pilates journey or you're a seasoned practitioner, our equipment is designed to support you at every level. If you're not sure which product is right for you, get in touch and we'll help you choose.
Where are your products made?
We work with carefully selected manufacturers who meet our standards for quality and materials. Full product details — including materials and sizing — are listed on each product page. Do you have a physical store?

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website at www.liorenne.london, add your chosen items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any additional payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our orders are fulfilled by Amazon and dispatched quickly, we may not always be able to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@liorenne.london and we will do our best to help. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
Will I receive a VAT receipt?
Yes. Your order confirmation email will include a full itemised receipt. If you need a separate VAT invoice, please contact us with your order number and we will issue one.
Is it safe to shop on your website?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We ship to the UK, EU, and internationally. Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery timeframes are: UK: 3–5 business days (express 1–2 business days) EU: 5–10 business days International: 7–14 business days These are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing for international orders.
How are orders fulfilled and dispatched?
All orders are fulfilled through Amazon's Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) service. This means your order is picked, packed, and dispatched by Amazon from one of their fulfilment centres. You will receive tracking information from Amazon once your order has shipped.
Will my order arrive in Amazon packaging?
As our products are fulfilled by Amazon, some orders may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. We are working on branded packaging options for the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
For EU and international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
Your delivery driver will typically leave a card or notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at hello@liorenne.london with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. As our orders are fulfilled by Amazon, we may direct you to Amazon's returns portal in some cases — your rights and our commitments remain the same either way.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage. If you are returning an item for any other reason (for example, you have changed your mind), the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at hello@liorenne.london as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at hello@liorenne.london if you need any help with this.

How should I care for my Pilates equipment?
Care instructions vary by product and are included with each item. General guidance:
- Wipe down equipment after each use with a clean, slightly damp cloth
- Avoid harsh chemical cleaners which can damage materials and finishes
- Store equipment away from direct sunlight and excessive heat
- Allow equipment to dry fully before storing

How should I care for home lifestyle products?
Care instructions are provided with every product and listed on the product page. As a general rule, we recommend keeping products away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colours and materials, and following any specific cleaning instructions provided.
Are your products durable and built to last?
Yes. Quality is central to everything we do at Liorènne London. We select products that are designed and manufactured to withstand regular use. If you ever feel a product has not met the standard you expected, please contact us — we stand behind what we sell.
Are your products safe to use?
All products meet the relevant UK and EU safety standards for their category. If you have specific concerns about a product — for example, if you have an allergy or a medical condition — please read the full product description carefully and consult a professional if needed before use.
Do you offer any warranty?
Our products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which means goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
